Shauna Litts: I'm a poor college student who loves to run, and also loves to experiment in the kitchen (or as my roommates would probably say, make-giant-messes-on-the-counter-and-yell-at-the-oven-when-the-cupcakes-explode). Actually, most of the running and lack of money is probably a result of my kitchen "experiments": the calories and grocery bills add up fast in my apartment. But, passion is passion, and I'd rather be stuck at home creating chaos in the kitchen than watching overpriced blockbusters any night of the week (much to my roomies' chagrin). Anyway, this blog's purpose is to detail my kitchen successes (and disasters), Both for those who stumble on the page looking for something tasty,-or at least entertaining- and also for my own purpose of having a place with reminders of what works- and what doesn't- in my kitchen.
